A startling 20% of our tri-county population lacks health insurance. Nearly 150,000 people remain uninsured at any given time. As one of eleven AccessHealth SC networks supported by the Duke Endowment, AccessHealth Tri-County Network (AHTN) is comprised of many healthcare providers and community organizations working together to better meet the growing need for access to quality healthcare.

AHTN is a collaborative effort to connect current health related services and resources throughout Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties with uninsured residents of the tricounty in need. The Network partners consists of the area hospitals, free clinics, health care centers, volunteer physicians, human service, community, and government organizations.
